I watched this story on Dateline on July 24/10 - I felt so frustrated and outraged at the Canadian Justice System- it is beyond belief!!! How crazy are they?? Imagine putting a child in the hands of a psychopath accused of murdering his father!!!! - My heart goes out to David and Kate Bagby for what they have had to endure - first their son and then their grandson. Where do they get their strength to keep on? The people who allowed Zachary to be in custody of a psychopath should be sent to the US to be tried for being accessories to this horrifc murder. At least in the USA their is some justice unlike Canada where the victimizer has all the rights and the victims keep getting victimized to death!!!!
